In-app purchases: Sport Modes and other purchases are processed by Apple. To restore access after reinstalling, open Settings in the Complex app and tap Restore Purchases, or use your Apple ID subscription and purchase settings.

Refunds: Refund requests must go through Apple (Report a Problem) — we cannot issue refunds from the app.

Your data: Workouts and templates live only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that data from the device; we do not hold a copy on our servers.

Privacy policy

Complex does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your workout data stays on your device.

Data collection

Complex does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

On-device data

Complex stores workout sessions, timer templates, and preferences locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to the developer, is not shared with any third party, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

In-app purchases

Complex uses Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. The developer does not receive or store any payment information.

Children's privacy

Complex does not collect data from any user, including children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages.

Third-party services

Complex does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks.

Changes

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date.
