COMPLEX

Complex — The Athlete's Timer — is a paid iOS app that provides workout timers, rest tracking, and simple session history on your iPhone.

Purchase & eligibility

Complex is a one-time paid download from the Apple App Store. All timer modes and analytics are included — there are no subscriptions and no recurring fees.

To download and use Complex you must:

• Have a compatible iOS device and Apple ID.
• Agree to Apple's App Store terms and conditions.

In-app purchases & refunds

From time to time Complex may offer additional Sport Modes or other paid features. These purchases are processed entirely by Apple using StoreKit.

To restore purchases after reinstalling the app, open Settings in Complex and tap Restore Purchases, or manage purchases from your Apple ID settings.

Refunds for Complex or any in-app purchase are handled by Apple via Report a Problem. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.

Use of the app

Complex is designed as a training aid and does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for training safely and consulting a medical professional where appropriate.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code.
• Resell, redistribute, or bundle Complex as part of another product without written permission.
• Use Complex in any illegal manner or in violation of App Store policies.

Data & privacy

Complex does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. Workout sessions, templates, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Intellectual property

Complex, its name, design, and associated assets are owned by the developer. Purchasing the app grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Complex on devices associated with your Apple ID, in accordance with Apple's terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

Complex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of Complex.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of Complex after a change means you accept the revised terms.
